Symphony Tacoma processes all concert tickets and season package transactions from its office located at the Pantages Theater, 901 Broadway, Suite 600, Tacoma, WA 98402. Phone: 253-272-7264 ext. 1. Tickets can also be purchased by clicking here or emailing our Patron Services Manager.
Box office hours are 11am to 5pm Monday – Friday and in-person two hours prior to events.

Parking
Street parking is available throughout the Theater District. Street parking is free after 6 pm and all day on Sundays.
Several paid parking garages and lots are also located in the Theater District. Payment varies by location and not all parking options accept cash or credit cards.

Park Plaza North Garage – 923 Commerce Street (located between 9th & 11th on Commerce Street; covered skywalk from Level 5 to Theater Square)
Rate:
Pay the $4 rate even if the expiration time is before the concert is over. Payment kiosks are located on each level; remember your license plate number for the parking transaction! Or you can download the Flowbird App in advance to save time.

Public Transportation
The Tacoma Link Light Rail provides free transportation to the Theater District from theTacoma Dome Station, where parking is also free. The Link runs every 12 minutes until 10 pm on Saturdays, and every 24 minutes until 6 pm Sundays. Symphony Tacoma Saturday evening performances begin at 7:30 pm and are typically 2 hours in length; please keep this in mind if planning to park at the Tacoma Dome Station. Pierce Transit also provides bus service to the Theater District. Visit their website for route and fare information.
When to Arrive
The lobby opens one hour prior to curtain time. Please try to arrive at least 30 minutes before the curtain rises.
Late arrivals will be seated when there is an appropriate break in the performance.

Bag Check Policy
In the interest of patron safety and enjoyment, Tacoma City Theaters has a bag check policy for all theater patrons. All bags are subject to search. Patrons also may be requested to open their jackets or be checked with a metal detector prior to entering the venue. We appreciate your cooperation and patience.
