Symphony Tacoma processes all concert tickets and season package transactions from its office located at the Pantages Theater, 901 Broadway, Suite 600, Tacoma, WA 98402. Phone: 253-272-7264 ext. 1.

Box office hours: 11am to 5pm Monday – Friday and two hours prior to concerts

Driving Directions



Street parking is available throughout the Theater District. Street parking is free after 6 pm and all day on Sundays.
Several paid parking garages and lots are also located in the Theater District:
  • Park Plaza North Garage – 923 Commerce Street (located between 9th & 11th on Commerce Street; covered skywalk to Theater Square)
    Rate: $2 for up to 2 hours | $4 for up to 4 hours, cash only
  • Broadway Lot – 916 Broadway Street (located across the street from the Pantages Theater and Theatre on the Square)
    Rate: $2  for up to 3 hours | $4 for up to 4 hours, mobile payment only
  • 910 Market Street (located next to Urban Grace Church)
    Rate: $5 for up to 2 hours | $10 evening rate, card payment only

Public Transportation

The Tacoma Link Light Rail provides free transportation to the Theater District from theTacoma Dome Station, where parking is also free. The Link runs every 12 minutes until 10 pm on Saturdays, and every 24 minutes until 6 pm Sundays. Symphony Tacoma Saturday evening performances begin at 7:30 pm and are typically 2 hours in length; please keep this in mind if planning to park at the Tacoma Dome Station. Pierce Transit also provides bus service to the Theater District. Visit their website for route and fare information.


When to Arrive

The lobby opens one hour prior to curtain time. Please try to arrive at least 30 minutes before the curtain rises.
Late arrivals will be seated when there is an appropriate break in the performance.

Bag Check Policy

In the interest of patron safety and enjoyment, Tacoma Arts Live has instituted a new bag policy for all theater patrons. All bags are subject to search. Patrons also may be requested to open their jackets or be checked with a metal detector prior to entering the venue. We appreciate your cooperation and patience.
