COLOR PICTURES OF KITTY’S STORY FOR OUR UPCOMING VIDEO!

On May 9, Symphony Tacoma will perform local composer Deborah J. Anderson’s delightful musical story, Kitty’s Big Adventure, on YouTube. And we need YOUR visuals to go with it!

Kitty’s Big Adventure tells the story of Emma who lives with her grandmother on an island by the sea. Emma’s pet Kitty, who rules her ‘queendom,’ continually teases Bad Max, the big dog who lives down the road. One day Kitty goes too far and Max chases her all the way to the ferry dock. What an exciting day it turns out to be—but all is well in the end.

Deborah’s daughter, Erika Ray, has created illustrations of Kitty and all her friends: Emma, Grandma, Norah the horse, Fritz the donkey and even the naughty dog, Bad Max! We are asking artists of all ages to color the illustrations and send them back to us so YOUR artwork can be incorporated into this wonderful children’s concert!
